The largest fully equipped housekeeping resort on Oxtongue Lake located near the West Gate of Algonquin Park Ontario Canada.

It is a realm of infinite welcome and great beauty, where lakeview cottages with wood burning fireplaces embrace the magnificence of nature, and our own cross country skiing and hiking trails wander off into the quiet peaceful woods.

 

Warm weather brings endless adventure.  Help yourself to the pedal boats and Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Boards. Take a tour of Oxtongue Lake in one of our fishing boats, go swimming, kayaking or canoeing, or captain our pontoon boat. Swim, play and have fun on our numerous water toys. Try water skiing or tubing for a blast! Sail our Hobie Cat, or fish to your hearts content.

Some of our favourite winter activities include ice-fishing, skating on our floodlit rink, and cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Snowmobile from your door on well maintained OFSC trails. Alpine skiing and snow boarding are available 15 minutes away at Hidden Valley Ski Hill. After a day outside in the crisp invigorating air, return to your cottage and relax in your warm, soothing whirlpool tub.

Take to the lake and paddle a canoe or kayak to Ragged Falls - a wonderful half-day adventure.

Enjoy a leisurely 5 mile drive from Blue Spruce along Highway 60 and you will enter one of the most prized destinations in the province of Ontario.

Algonquin Park comprises 7653 square kilometers of wilderness in the heart of Ontario, with 2500 lakes and many miles of hiking trails. The lakes are ideal for a quiet day of fishing for trout, and the trails will take you through a wonderful wilderness of spectacular lookouts, lakes and forests.
