If you’re not a golfer, they’ve got something for everyone!  If relaxing and beaches are your thing and that’s all you’re wanting to do, they’ve got that covered.  Located just below the outdoor heated salt water pool, there is a sandy beach and a sun deck perfect for your day of relaxation.  If you would like to discover the beauty of Lake Joseph and the stunning landscapes all around you, bring your own life jacket to explore the waters on non-motorized watercrafts, including kayaks, canoes, pedal boats and stand up paddle boards.  All of these are all included in your stay.  If you don’t have a life jacket, one can be purchased on-site.   Plus daily pontoon cruises are available at the marina located beside Rocky Crest.

Once you’re done exploring the water, grab some snacks, a bottle of water and a camera to explore the epic trail system right on the property.  As you enter the trails, you are greeted by cathedral-like grove of hemlocks in the majestic forest.  The marked trail blazes will take you on a journey through the beautiful wetlands, home to many native species of animals.  There are several trails located on property, be sure to grab your trail map and start your adventure!

Now that you’ve worked up an appetite on your adventurous day, there are three dining options to choose from!  Windows Dining Room, features large windows with spectacular views of Lake Joseph, offering fine dining in a traditional Muskoka setting.  Canadiana-inspired dishes, serves only the finest quality premium cuts of Canadian beef, expertly grilled to your exact preference.  Other traditional favorites, as well as freshly prepared soups, salads and homemade desserts are sure to surprise and delight your taste buds! Window is open daily for dinner.  On the Green Bistro, overlooks the 18th green of the Rocky Crest Golf Club. The dining room is a beautiful Muskoka pine log cabin and serves up delicious meals with a generous side of ambience and scenery. On the Green is open daily for lunch and dinner.  Bayside Patio & Lounge offers casual dining with expansive view of the lake and resort grounds.  The nautical décor takes you into the true beauty of Lake Joesph and gives you that Muskoka feeling.  Dine on the large sunny patio, a perfect spot to take in all of the activity! The menu features light fare and traditional favourites. The Bayside Patio & Lounge is a very popular spot for local boaters and Muskoka cottagers and guest.  Once you sit on the patio, you will see why guests flock in a snack or a relaxing beverage. With views overlooking the marina and the lake, The Bayside is a great place to enjoy the warm summer weather; to people watch and see the boats go by.
